The Crew had a great time decorating the truck, throwing candy and dancing down the streets of our Hometown, Mohnton, PA. It was an honor to be a part of this incredible parade and we are very thankful for the freedom provided to us by those who have served!

Manny Acevedo is a familiar figure to many of our customers, having commenced his journey with us as a Mover/Packer and swiftly ascending to the role of Crew Leader through his unwavering commitment, strong work ethic, and exceptional leadership qualities. As a Crew Leader, Manny consistently excelled in navigating challenging situations during moves and ensuring clarity of tasks for his team members. His exceptional talents have rightfully earned him recognition.
Effective at the onset of 2024, Manny assumes the esteemed position of Executive Crew Leader. In this role, he will provide guidance and supervision to our crews, infusing each operation with his distinct perspective and expertise to guarantee seamless transitions for our valued clients.

Following the meal, collaborative efforts were made to adorn the office for the upcoming Christmas festivities. Personalized ornaments embellished the tree, while stockings were individually hung for each crew member, enhancing the holiday spirit within the workplace.

Escape Room

Lausch’s Moving Company embraces a family-oriented philosophy, creating a workplace where employees are valued as part of a unified team. We prioritize regular team-building activities to strengthen our bonds. Recently, we took on the challenge of conquering two escape rooms at the renowned local venue, Encrypted in West Reading, PA. This interactive exercise offered our staff a fresh chance to collaborate in a different setting from their usual work environment. The task required collective problem-solving and strategic thinking to navigate through each room successfully. Our team successfully cracked the Viking Room with time to spare. Although we fell short in escaping the Vampire Room, known for its intricate puzzles and recognized as the toughest level at Encrypted, we applaud the united effort of the Lausch’s Moving Company Team in overcoming various obstacles.
